Ayala Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Associate in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Process orders and returns accurately in our online system. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
