Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Storm Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer concerns and issues. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online platforms and services. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to customers. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions. 2. Strong planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 4. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
