Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Olivia is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for online platforms - Manage a team of online customer service representatives - Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance the customer experience - Provide training and mentorship to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - A motivated and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and customer interactions - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
