Job Description:
Resellee is seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online customer service operations. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve online customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 6. Monitor and evaluate online customer service metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 7. Respond to escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Online Customer Service Manager or similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and management skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 6. Strong negotiation and innovation soft skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
