BeautyMNL, an online beauty retailer based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service via email, chat, and phone - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product recommendations and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership abilities to take charge of customer interactions and provide guidance to team members - Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
