Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Bench in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement. 7. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong project management and planning skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in using various online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
