Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Workbean, a leading online job platform, is seeking a dynamic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for confident and resilient individuals with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Act as a brand ambassador for Workbean and uphold our reputation for excellent customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Confident and resilient with a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
