Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at PLDT in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, confident, have strong decision-making skills, and can work well in a cooperative team environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers - Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Utilize online tools and resources effectively to provide excellent customer service


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software - Understanding of online customer service best practices - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work part-time hours
