Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Sprout Solutions, a leading provider of HR and payroll solutions in the Philippines, is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, providing exceptional support and assistance - Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and offer additional assistance as needed - Collaborate with other team members to identify trends in customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist in the development of online customer success strategies and initiatives - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continue growing in the role


Requirements: - Reliable and confident in your ability to effectively communicate with customers - Strong persuasion and presentation skills to engage with customers and address their needs - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
