Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


NextPay, a leading online payment solutions company located in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, adaptable, and cooperative.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NextPay's products and services - Contribute to the development of customer success processes and best practices


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
