Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Lazada Philippines is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers while ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with our logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of orders


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
