Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This entry-level position requires 0 years of experience and is perfect for someone who is resourceful and independent, with excellent presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide ongoing support and guidance - Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the team - Help develop and improve customer success processes and strategies - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with creating and delivering online training sessions for customers

Requirements: - Must be resourceful and independent, able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively - Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
