Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


NextPay is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online channels to provide support, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the product development team to communicate customer needs and preferences


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
