Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers, providing exceptional support and service.


Responsibilities: - Engage with online customers through various communication channels to provide assistance and support - Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless online experience - Utilize innovative strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success programs - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our online platform effectively - Monitor customer usage and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer engagement and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of online platforms and technologies - Innovation and creativity in developing customer success strategies - Experience in people management and customer relationship management - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
