Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


Meralco is looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer success or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. 3. Analyze customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their ongoing success. 7. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success initiatives. 9. Provide training and support to customers on the effective use of our online platform. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success efforts.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools. 7. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues. 10. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
