Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at KMC Solutions in Davao City. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. As an Online Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through online channels to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
