Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. - Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports for management review. - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive customer engagement and increase customer loyalty. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
