Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job description:


KMC Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to drive loyalty and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention rates - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Strong persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in communication and problem-solving - Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
