Job Description:
Storm Technologies is seeking a passionate and driven Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, the Online Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or support. 2. Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
