Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. 5. Coordinate with different departments to address customer concerns and feedback. 6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer support process. 7. Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. 2. Confidence: Comfortable engaging with customers and providing solutions to their concerns. 3. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative work environment. 4. Planning: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software. 7. Problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.
