Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking an Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level position will involve providing excellent customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role and possess a high level of energy and confidence.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Manage and prioritize multiple customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvements. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer complaints effectively. 6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote new products and services to customers. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Energetic and confident personality. 6. Strong people management and project management skills.
