Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Fetch Valet is seeking an Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with any issues they may have with their online orders, including order tracking, product information, and returns. 3. Provide product recommendations and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and address any negative feedback to maintain a positive brand image. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for internal review and analysis. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work cooperatively with team members and independently as needed. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and online platforms. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
