Job Description:
Philippine Airlines is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for someone who is independent, energetic, cooperative, and skilled in problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist customers with booking, reservations, cancellations, and other service-related requests. 3. Provide technical support to customers navigating our online booking platform. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer service.
