Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Resellee, a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Experience using customer support software and e-commerce platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - People management skills and the ability to lead by example - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask effectively
