Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Plentina is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position requires zero years of experience but is perfect for individuals who are reliable, passionate, and excel in people management and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product usage - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and service processes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes - Reliable internet connection and computer equipment - Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
