Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Xepto Computing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Associate. This part-time position is based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, and is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the tech industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with our products and services. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs. 4. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer support procedures.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field. 2. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and help desk systems is a plus.
