Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

AQWIRE is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide technical support for our platform and assist customers with troubleshooting. 3. Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the team to improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Product Development to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience. 5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and confident with excellent communication skills. 3. Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and analyze information. 4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
