Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Coins.ph in Makati, NCR, PH. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer support to ensure a positive experience for our users.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall user experience - Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures - Train and onboard new team members on customer support best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Proven track record of managing a team and achieving customer satisfaction goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and cooperation as soft skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
