Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities:


- Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Implement best practices for online customer support and stay informed about industry trends. - Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the team.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in a customer support management role. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with online customer support platforms and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. - Motivated and resilient personality traits. - Equal opportunity employer.
