Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

United Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in customer support and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online customer support team, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency in resolving customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Provide coaching and training to customer support staff to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers' needs. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and online communication tools. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
