Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Altitude Games, a leading gaming company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. As an Online Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online gaming community.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding gameplay, technical assistance, and account management - Assist in identifying and escalating priority issues to management - Provide guidance and support to customers on our games, promotions, and policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and document customer interactions in our CRM system - Work collaboratively with the development team to identify and address common user complaints or issues - Stay up-to-date on our games and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the online gaming industry - Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
