Job Description:
ZipMatch is seeking a confident and hardworking Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. - Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and accessing their accounts. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment. - Excellent presentation skills for interacting with customers. - Basic knowledge of CRM software and online support tools.
