Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are dedicated, motivated, and possess strong analysis and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels such as emails, live chat, and social media. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement. 7. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other online customer support tools. 5. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have a positive attitude towards customer service.
