Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Assisting customers with account management and online transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 5. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 3. Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer support software is a plus. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
