Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Hilton in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and providing general information about Hilton's services and amenities. 3. Conduct research to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Hilton brand with integrity. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting. 4. Leadership qualities and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online communication tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
