Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Plentina in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 4. Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for innovation in customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools. 6. Must be motivated, energetic, and have a passion for helping others. 7. Strong soft skills in people management and innovation.
