Online Customer Support Representative

1Export is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product-related concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions - Continuously strive to improve the customer support process and contribute ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
