Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Assistant at SariSuki, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through our online chat platform. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking help or information, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and solving customer problems. 3. Guiding customers through the online purchasing process and resolving any payment issues. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Dedicated and reliable work ethic. 6. Comfortable with using technology and online chat platforms. 7. Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail best practices is preferred.
