Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a motivated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve chat efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools - Familiarity with ABS-CBN Corporation's products and services is a plus
