Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Associate at Humble Sustainability, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will need to proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Proactively reach out to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
