Job Description: Peddlr is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the online live chat platform, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the online live chat platform to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all communication channels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in online customer service or live chat management. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle dynamic and fast-paced environments. 3. Strong people management skills to lead and motivate a team of live chat agents. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. 5. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and online chat platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
