Job Description:
Olivia, a leading online retail company, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in live chat management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat system, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns. - Train and develop a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. - Monitor chat interactions to maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction. - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to streamline processes and optimize chat performance. - Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to continually improve the live chat system.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in online live chat management. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
