Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Wilcon Depot, a leading home improvement and construction supplies company, is seeking a driven and resourceful Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online chat management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Develop strategies to increase chat engagement and conversion rates - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to deliver excellent customer service - Analyze chat data to make data-driven decisions and improve overall performance - Maintain a thorough understanding of Wilcon Depot products, services, and policies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service, online chat management, or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers - Proficiency in chat management software and tools - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
