Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Globe Telecom in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in managing online customer chats and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage all online live chat communications with customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses - Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions - Train and mentor chat agents to maintain a high level of customer service - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize chat operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online chat experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing online chat operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat management software and digital communication tools
