Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a dedicated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry-Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Interact with online customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Utilize a friendly and professional tone to engage with customers and provide a positive experience. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters. - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve our products and services.

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. - Proficient in written communication with excellent grammar and spelling. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Comfortable using live chat software and other customer service tools.
