Job Description - Online Live Chat Officer


Job Description: MetroMart is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless shopping experience. 5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes. 6. Stay up to date on MetroMart's products, services, and promotions to provide the best assistance to customers. 7. Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Basic project management skills to prioritize and organize chat conversations. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. 5. Must be comfortable using chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
