Job Description: Flowerstore.ph is seeking an Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable and driven, with excellent presentation and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide information, assistance, and support regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor, track, and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing exceptional customer service - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
