Online Live Chat Representative

First Circle is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our growing team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, confident, and possess strong research and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly - Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
