Online Live Chat Representative

Xepto Computing is currently seeking a reliable and resilient Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general queries - Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other team members and departments to escalate and follow up on customer issues as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
