Job Description:
Advance, a leading company in Manila, NCR, PH, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize effective communication skills to maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions. 5. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent people management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Tech-savvy with experience using chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
